Snow Days!

Austin, Hunter and I have been in a winter wonderland the last few days!! A whole lot different from the sunny AZ weather we are used to, but it has been a lot of fun watching Austin explore in the snow and play in it for really his first time!!  We thought it had pretty much gone away the other night, but we woke up yesterday to snow all day long and it just kept coming!!

This was taken when we thought the snow had gone away, and Austin was having fun riding his little scooter in the street!

But then we woke up the next day to snow everywhere!!  There was a lot more snow on the ground this time around, Austin really didn't know what to make of it at first!!

Well Hunter, looks like this stuff is here to stay!!  Let's go play!!

This was what we woke up to yesterday!! Snow everywhere!! Austin couldn't ride his scooter in the street anymore because of all the snow and he was SO mad!!!  It was funny watching him try to push in the snow, he kept lifting his feet up and yelling in protest!

All I think of when I see this picture is the kid in "A Christmas Story" all bundled up he couldn't walk!! That was Austin!!  I had so many layers on him, he couldn't bend his knees to walk!! He looked miserable...but it was pretty funny ;) But at least he was warm!

I am convinced Hunter is a snow dog, he absolutely loves being out in the snow!! He would be outside all day long running around in it if he could!
