The first few days...

The first few days with Brooke home were a lot of fun.  We got to hang out together with Brian, and even had a family get together the night before he left, it was so great seeing everyone!  Brian left for the airport on Saturday morning, which was so sad, the 5 days we got to have him here sure went fast, but we were so thankful for every minute we got!!  Not much longer until we make our trip out there to go be with him in Japan though, as soon as Brooke is 8 weeks old and she has her passport, we are off!!  We can't wait and know this part is going to go by so fast! Here's just a bunch a pictures from the first few days we had together with Brian still here!

Daddy taking Brooke to her newborn screening at the hospital!

So far, none of our kids have liked pacifiers...we always get them at the hospital when they are born and of course they never want anything to do with them...that is until Austin saw Brooke's...he thinks it's the greatest toy!!  He kept stealing it and running around with it laughing!  It looked so funny with him and this pink pacifier in his mouth!

Austin having some fun on the teeter-totter with Dad!  It was so great watching them play together again!

Austin having fun outside!

Brooke showing off her chubby cheeks at just a few days old!

Snuggled in for a nap!

Brian showing off his little girl!

The 4 of us!
(It would have been 5, but Hunter was off barking in the backyard!)

I can never get enough of these kinds of pictures!!  Such a cute moment!  We sure miss him already!!

You think she is bundled up enough?!! LOL!

Austin showing his sister how to throw a ball already!

Austin loves giving Brooke kisses!

Austin "patting" his sister!

Austin loves getting the stool to get a better view of his sister!

Austin just hanging out!

I can't comment on them all. It is so weird to think you have another little baby;-)
I think she looks like you, especially in some of those pictures;-)
So glad you got to be together for a little bit!!
This time will fly, enjoy her being so easy;-)
You look amazing!! Seriously, you don't even look like you had a baby.
