Hidden Meadow Ranch 2010...

The week before Christmas, we ventured up to north eastern Arizona with our good friends, The Bauer's & The Putz's, to spend a few nights in a beautiful cabin at Hidden Meadow Ranch. It was a little over 4 hours to get there by car, but boy was it worth it!! This place was absolutely gorgeous, such a different scene from our usual desert surroundings! We were hoping for a little bit more snow up there, (Arizona had a random heat wave the week before we got there and melted most of it), but thankfully there was just enough for the kids to play and sled in!

All 13 of us stayed in the same gorgeous cabin. The kids loved this, as they all shared the same room and had sleepovers every night! We were so spoiled at the Ranch, the kids got to go sledding, go horse back riding (Austin's first time on a horse!), do leather making and wood working shop (they made picture frames and bird houses!), Brian got to have a private cooking class with the ranch chef...and we all got treated to some amazing meals at the main lodge, as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all included with our stay!

The first night there us adults got to have our own dinner as the ranch hosted a "kids night" and basically entertained them and fed them for us! They had so much fun, they didn't want to go back home to the cabin!! We were also very lucky to have the Bauer girls, Codi and Carli babysit the kids for us each night back at the cabin while we stayed at the main lodge and had some fun!! Thank you Carli and Codi, we owe you big time!!

It was such a fun weekend away with our friends, we shared a ton of great laughs and memories...it was the perfect way to kick off Christmas!!

Our Cabin!!

The kids couldn't wait to get into the snow, they ran right into it the minute we got out of the car!

Looking at the pics you can tell you all had a great time! Lots of fun memories! The pic of Austin, Lauren & Kaelyn on the sled reminds we of when you where the 3rd person on the sled which crashed & you broke your leg (2nd grade).
