We just got the great news that Brian made the All Star team here in Japan for the 2nd year in a row! We are SO very proud of him and the year he is having, what an amazing honor!!! This year Brian got voted in on the official fan ballot (last year he was selected by the managers), so it's a little extra special knowing the fans are supporting him, we are so grateful! And it just so happens that the game is here at the Fukuoka Yahoo Dome (Brian's team stadium) this year, so the kids and I will actually get to go and cheer him and his other teammates who made it on! The game is July 23rd, we will keep you posted on how it goes!
